Premium Package

Standard Package

The Untangle Standard Package is a perfect entry point for customers who primarily want a robust web content filter in an easy-to-administer package. Lite Package

Hardware

Untangle gives you the option of using your own hardware, purchasing a ready-to-deploy appliance, or working with one of our certified partners to tailor a solution to your needs. Untangle runs on standard hardware as a bare-metal install, or in VMware.

Untangle runs on generic Intel/AMD hardware. A Pentium III processor, 2 NICs and 512MB of RAM is the min spec for smaller networks and multi-core chips with extra RAM really make Untangle sing for larger networks. Build Your Own Untangle Box

Untangle can be downloaded and installed on your own Intel-compatible PC or server. Untangle does require a dedicated machine, as it installs its own operating system - please note that the hard drive will be erased during this process.

Buy a Deployment-Ready Untangle Appliance

Untangle now offers its multi-function firewall software pre-installed on three appliances (currently for customers in North America only). They are manufactured by Dell, and certified by Untangle, guaranteed to work today and with future versions of Untangle. All three come with 3-year on-site warranty provided by Dell.
